Thank you for visiting and shopping at mr-purple.com.  Mr. purple ships all orders free for over 60$ in the United States only.

 United States (USA): 

Orders can take between 3 and 7 business days*** to arrive if the products are located in our warehouses in the USA (99% of our products). If the product is located in our warehouse in China, it could take between 10 and 15 business days.

Our logistics operators are as follows below:

  • USPS First Class Mail, UPS, & DHL Express: 3-7 business days
  • YANWEN, ePacket or China Post (China warehouse only): 10-15 business days

While we are working hard to make sure all orders ship as quickly as possible, We’re sorry for any inconvenience and you will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order has left the warehouse. All orders that are successfully placed will be shipped.

Where does Mr-purple.com ship from?

Mr-purple.com ships mainly from our warehouses in Florida, and California. Also, we have a third warehouse located in China for some products.

Where does Mr-purple.com ship to?

Mr-purple.com ships only the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order – if you don’t see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Please do not be alarmed if your package’s delivery confirmation (USPS, DHL, or ePacket version of tracking) has not been updated in a few days. The delivery confirmation does not update until the parcel has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. 

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order
